Mine is Chalean Extreme by Chalene Johnson. I’ve heard it described as “P90x for women”. But honestly hubby has done it with me, so it’s for the men too! It’s the perfect mix of strength training, cardio, yoga, stretching. The whole she-bang. I can quote almost word for word each workout, but man they still whoop me each time!
